Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom orders and consultation services are not eligible for return unless otherwise specified.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Service Cancellations

Consultation services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
